Senior Full-Stack Developer/Engineer. UK / EU remote.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Back-end Developer/Software Engineer. We want to add a new strong senior-level engineer/developer/dev ops to our team who’ll help us meet the demand for new features and improved performance.

What we are looking for

  • Passion to solve the problems aligned with the MedBoard mission.
  • Strong system design and problem solving skills, we often deal with the “unknown”. Strong technical and personal attitude.
  • Proficiency designing and developing web applications (4+ years).
  • Developing and scaling MedBoard's suite of applications as we grow.
  • Monitoring, debugging, and fixing issues in deployed applications.
  • Excellent development skills in C# language. .NET Core.
  • Familiar with UI/Web/Software development.
  • MS SQL Server, query optimisation.
  • HTML, JavaScript and CSS. 
  • Working knowledge of MS Visual Studio, Bitbucket, Jira, and Jenkins.
  • Git, Team City, Octopus.
  • ElasticSearch.
  • RabbitMQ and Kafka for efficient message queuing

Data Scientist/Engineer: Junior level. UK/ EU remote.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Scientist at MedBoard. The person will be responsible for designing, reviewing and implementing data projects and/or natural language processing (NLP) processes and models. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and design effective solutions.

What we are looking for

  • Passion to solve the problems aligned with the MedBoard mission.
  • Strong system design and problem solving skills, we often deal with the “unknown”. Strong technical and personal attitude.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science)
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NLP toolkits such as NLTK, spaCy, and Gensim
  • Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building models with machine learning libraries such as sklearn, Tensorflow, etc
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques such as regression, clustering, and classification
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Role Description

The person will be responsible for managing the high demand in demos requests, agreements, customer relationships, account management and much more. Work and sell a product that professionals love which an exceptional retention rate.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and track record selling SaaS or sales experience.
  • Experience in business development, account management or sales.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through different methods, and recommendations from existing customers.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships and yield.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
  • Generate regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data.
  • Monitor customer performance, volume, and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.

1 x Digital Marketing. UK/EU remote.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a digital marketing executive at MedBoard. The person will be responsible for managing the digital activities at MedBoard and drive the growth of the SaaS platform. Work and sell a product that professionals love which an exceptional retention rate.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and track record selling SaaS or sales experience.
  • Create, deliver and analyse social media campaigns
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing activities
  • Create social media graphics that are visually appealing and align
  • Contribute to marketing strategy with a focus on digital
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to engage and nurture database contacts using marketing automation platforms including Account Engagement
  • Responsible for managing the corporate website on WordPress. This includes adding new content, website functionality checks, refreshing webpage content, on-page keyword optimisation and back-linking for improved navigation.
  • Developing and executing effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve MedBoard’s online ranking, authority and visibility and to drive organic traffic
  • Deliver various digital assets as required across the business -graphic design, photography (or editing), video editing, document/presentation templating and formatting
  • Experience in business development, account management or sales.
